 From the above numbers this originally had a camlock spindle, but 
somewhere along the line this was swapped for a 1-1/16" collet 
2-1/4"X8 threaded spindle.

My dad bought this in the 1990's with no accessories. In 1999 he sent 
the bed back to SBL and had it reground. He added a taper attachment 
and a lever collet closer that he bought from Joe Bergamo. I have 
been collecting accessories off of ebay for a while and now have a 
pretty good set.

I now have the lathe completely torn down and am doing a major 
restoration. I will send you a picture when it is back together.
