I just purchased some parts from lebond so I had them pull the cards while I had them on the phone.  LaBlond places 147307 at 5/5/44 but the serial numbers  on the list imply that it should fall in late '43... might have sat around before shipping?
 
Note: My machine (147307) has seen a hard life and I am still trying to save it.  I plan on replacing the bed with the one below (136504) that I picked up on ebay.  I have to assume that the entire machine (136504) was parted out as I also purchased the saddle.

S.N. 147307  Heavy 10, 3' bed, Underdrive. Catalog 8187Y. Leblond confirmed: Shipped 5/5/1944 to Belmonte Radio Corp. Chicago, IL. It has the War Production Board tag. The initials  L.O.R. and J.F.P.  are stamped into the bed.  (Note: bed to be replaced with S.N. 136504 due to excessive wear).
 
 
S.N. 136504 Heavy 10, 3' Bed, Leblond confirmed: Shipped 4/9/43 to Raytheon, Walton, MA.  It has the War Production Board tag. Appears to have been parted out in 2008.  Bed and saddle purchased on ebay for restoration of S.N. 147307
