I am the 3rd owner of a Heavy 10 Southbend lathe and bought it about a year ago,
It was in a basement and had to be disassembled and carried up 14 steps one piece at a time.
The first owner was Crane Naval Ammo Depot as it has a Crane property tag on it.The second
owner had it for 30 years and is a friend of mine who has recently move in town due to health
reasons. Since it was fully disassembled I decided it was a good time to clean strip and
repaint. Here are the  specifics.
