15104 South Bend Lathe. It is 13". I had no idea that it was 1917 or 18. I had thought about 1930. It has a complete set of change gears. The drive is from an electric motor on the floor that connects to a line shaft that I suspended from the ceiling of my basement. There are two leather belts driving the line shaft (one is crossed) with a clutch mechanism that is engaged to reverse the lathe. The line shaft drives the 4 step pulleys with a leather belt.
