Here is the S/N of the 9" x 3-1/2' Model C that belonged to my Dad,
invoiced on 12-14-1949,
I have the original copies of the South Bend invoice,
shipping documents, bill of laden,
as well as the easy payment plan that my grand parents bought the lathe with!,
Even the envelopes, too!,
We bought a wore out QC gear box and apron from Soble,
way back nearly 30 years ago and converted her to a model "A" lathe.
