South Bend Heavy 10" Toolroom lathe,
I believe, 1977, from Modern Machinery, in Birmingham , AL.
This lathe is factory mounted on a fabricated steel cabinet,
with motor in the base.
It has hardened and ground ways and leadscrew,
factory installed thread dial indicator, telescoping taper attachment,
handwheel drawbar and collet rack.
Serial Number: 20115R
This number is on the tailstock end, between the "V" and Flat ways (front set of ways).  
Another number (looks like DDB200RC;  however,
the last zero could be a "C" and the last letter could be a "G")
is located on the tailstock end, between the V ways (rear set of ways)
