First reviewed your registry site for starting point and then contacted Grizzly and obtained the serial card for my lathe.
13" swing, 6' bed.  Catalog No. 386-C.  Serial # 37390N.  Serial card indicates delivered to Sager Spuck Supply Co, Albany, NY, February 16, 1928.  Overhead four-speed selector stick.  Purchased by Scully Foundry, Coxsackie, NY and remained there until 2001 when I purchased.  Foundry changed owners two more times in late 1950's and 1990.  I am fourth owner.
