Hi, I teach high school biology chemistry and math in a New Brunswick High School.
I recently sent you info on  my heavy ten. 
The other day I happen to go the shop end of our school, 
and out in the rain in the locked woodworking compound with desk and chair storage sheds,
a lathe ! a South bend 9 in the rain ! as well 2 ecomat 8.6 mills !  ….rusting in the rain.
I asked the shop teacher why these things were in the rain,
Students needed to get at some staging for graduation.  
At any rate this stuff was going for scrap,
but its now in my shop thanks to a gracious shop teacher and principal.
