I have acquired and begun restoration on South Bend lathe serial number 41853, an 11” X 5 ½’ found in Fresno County, CA. The previous owner was the granddaughter of the last user, a dental laboratory owner/tinkerer who took fairly good care of the machine.
This lathe will be brought back to functional condition and used in my industrial tooling and custom motorcycle components business.
