43776A, Hi, I just uncovered the family lathe after many years of rare use. In researching it, I found your s/n list. It is nice to know someone out there keeps track of these old machines. I remember my dad buying it used from some old machine shop in New Haven CT around 1970. It is a 9 inch, 3 foot bed with leather belt drive and an electric motor hanging off the back side. It still runs well and has a power feed and additional gear sets for thread cutting. It is called into use on rare occasions, to rework a car , boat or motorcycle part and although under powered, it gets the job done!
