South Bend 9" Bench Lathe, with horizontal countershaft drive,
quick-change gear box, thread dial indicator, and handwheel drawbar.
I bought this lathe new in 1965 from Modern Machinery in Birmingham , AL .
A year or so later, I ordered the taper attachment for this lathe and
installed it shortly after I received it.
I later ordered a hand lever drawbar attachment from South Bend .

This number is on the tailstock end, between the "V" and Flat ways (front set of ways).  
Another number (B200NK) is located on the tailstock end, between the V ways (rear set of ways)
