I'm trying to I.D my lathe after purchasing from a farmer in western Washington. He didn't have any info about its origins but here is my serial number: 5372 7NAR10 as it appears on the tail of the bed. It's a South Bend 9 A lathe with quick change gear box, power cross feed and friction apron. I believe it's the 36" bed with adjustable tail (tail stock end) foot. Flat 3step cone with back gear. Horizontal power feed with two steps on drive pully. Reversible furnace drum switch located on top of rear guard. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
