59588, I have recently come into possession of a 1935 Model 5, Amazingly, not only was the lathe in good condition (aside from some surface rust and general dirt, I have found a complete set of the original paperwork sent with the lathe to its original owner on June 3rd 1935. This included the HTRAL, Repair parts list, Catalogues, erection drawings and even an application for the time payment plan. Most amazing is the original invoice, a back order notice for a 1 " dog driver (must have arrived eventually, it was in the tooling box!) and the shipper document for the Pennsylvania RR from South Bend to Forest OH. Attached is a .pdf copy of the invoice for your database. Also I have included a few photos of the lathe and some odd accessories that I have yet to identify. Two are boring bars but their mounting system is not compatible with anything else on the lathe. One is what I am guessing is a manually cranked key way cutter and the other is some sort of an adapter for the cross slide to attach a spindle mounted chuck (I think). Any help in identifying these parts would be appreciated. Chris
