61475 16" x 6' Model 92C N Series Double Back Geared Headstock The 1927 was my grandpa's given to me in 1978. He was the second owner. It is a 522YB 9"x3' Junior model shipped on 2/10/1927,Serial#34319.It's been sitting in the barn for about 30 years and I need to get the old girl cleaned up and running again.I was a machinist for Rochester Gas & Electric for 34 years, recently retired. The back-gear bull is missing about 10 teeth in several places and the machine is currently in pieces. I am setting it up on a set of legs from an old 10" that was scrapped. I have the wall mount jack shaft also. I just purchased the 16"x6' 92C model from a guy on Craig's list. She is #61475 shipped on 8/2/1935 to Binghamton NY installed at the American Plastics Co. in Bainbridge NY which later became the Borden's Elmer's glue factory. The prior owner bought it from a man who rebuilds machines for Corning Glass Works and was in the process of restoring it but had to sell. It has the factory original taper attachment, steady rest, thread dial and a 2-stage back gear.I have never seen one of these before. I am building a motor mount to replace the hokey contraption that was it on and going to install a VFD to drive to just one step of the head stock pulley and eliminate belt shifting. Included are a few shots from when I picked her up last week. I'll be sending more pics next week. If you want any more details let me know. Thanks, Keith
