Found this beautiful girl hiding in a barn near Indianapolis a few years  back.  Mostly complete though it is missing one pulley and spider from the countershaft group.  Was converted to electric with electric reverse long before I found her.  Has both 3 and 4 jaw chucks, both plates for driving the dogs, a set of dogs from 1/4"-2", three sets of centers, steady rest, but not the follow rest, and several wrenches and spanners; some may be original, some not and I am not sure how to find out.
