compound has been repaired - front lip of the Tslot has a piece of plate with  sockethead countersunk cap screws (the screws are a countersunk or V shape) - it's a nice job but definetly a repair. Not sure how many or what tooth count comprise a complete set of chnage gears but there are at least 12 here along with a steady rest and some 3C collets - bed is so-so with lots of dings and I am thinking that this lathe might best be used to makes others better.
